全球伙伴关系经理(全球贸易便利化联盟)

岗位职责:

You will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with the Alliance’s global business partners and ICC’s national committees and network of chambers of commerce with a view to engaging them in the work of the Alliance and contributing to the Alliance’s success.


You will be based in Paris and will report to the ICC Deputy Director – Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation. You will work closely with the Alliance’s international team spread throughout the world.


You will:

  • Execute and update the Alliance’s outreach and business  partner strategy with a view to continuously increasing the breadth and  depth of private sector engagement in Alliance activities

  • Manage the Alliance’s network of global business  partners, including the Alliance’s Private Sector Working Group, collaborating closely with their business representatives to actively  involve them and their organizations in the work of the Alliance

  • Expand and deepen the Alliance network of global private  sector partners by identifying potential partners and securing their commitment

  • Lead the Alliance’s Private Sector Task Force, which serves as a consultation and coordinating body on private sector engagement for the Alliance Secretariat

  • Work with Alliance project teams in-country to develop,      implement and monitor private sector engagement plans

  • Leverage ICC’s network of businesses, National Committees and chambers of commerce in support of the Alliance

  • Identify opportunities to leverage ICC’s activities and campaigns in support of trade facilitation to further advance the work of the Alliance

  • Support the design and coordination of Alliance sessions      at events and conferences, particularly in engaging business participants

  • Monitor, analyse and report on private sector contributions to the Alliance

  • Collect and share lessons learned and best practices

  • University degree in business administration, economics, international trade, or a closely related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of private sector experience

  • Corporate stakeholder engagement experience Ability to understand complex stakeholder relationships both in      developing and least developed countries and within the multilateral sphere

  • Knowledge of trade, logistics, customs processes

  • Excellent interpersonal and  communication skills, preferably in an international context

  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure with  a ‘can-do’ problem-solving attitude

  • Motivated self-starter who enjoys  working in a highly collaborative environment

  • Excellent critical thinking skills and high attention to detail

  • Keen awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences and organizational structures

  • Fluent English. Spanish and French would be assets

岗位职责:

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify, plan and execute operational improvement projects.

  • Based on identified improvement opportunities, work with various teams to create specific improvement project plans for senior management sponsors/owners, including basic      cost-benefit analysis.

  • Calculate savings/benefits realized through projects, working with Finance and project sponsors to achieve      agreed objectives.

  • Lead process documentation, measurement, analysis, re-engineering and controlling efforts. Directly take ownership of some projects, and act as a program manager for others      where ICC has available resources

  • Ensure all teams are working in consistent ways – e.g. consistency in process documentation, improvements etc

  • Facilitate project meetings and improvement workshops

  • Effectively communicate with project sponsors/owners, expectations, status and risks, ensure  post-implementation benefits are realized.

  • Help ICC build continuous improvement  capability and culture by providing coaching and support to other project leads. ICC is already in the process of setting up a CI chapter– you will be expected to help this chapter evolve and increase its CI maturity by coaching teams on various methodologies and tools such as Lean manufacturing, waste reduction, cycle time assessment, value stream analysis and labour utilization etc.


岗位要求:

  • University degree (at least bachelor’s degree)

  • An experienced Lean Practitioner with a ‘hands-on’ track record of implementing successful LEAN projects – at      least 5 years of CI experience

  • Ability to contribute of ICC Enterprise Architecture development

  • Ideally has previous experience in manufacturing, production or consulting

  • Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, leveraging the most appropriate analysis and tools

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills – verbal, written, presenting.

  • Ability to work with and influence a wide range of levels in the organization – including C-suite level

  • Ability to think and work at a “strategic” level as well as at a “project” level.

  • Advanced in English and French

国际商会主席外部事务参与顾问


岗位职责:

  • Work closely with the ICC Chair and, when required, the First Vice Chair.

  • Assess, triage and manage incoming requests to the ICC Chair – including event invitations – coordinating with colleagues in the Office of the Secretary General.

  • Develop talking points, speeches and briefing notes to support the Chair’s participation in external events and meetings, working with colleagues across the organization to ensure alignment of messaging.

  • Provide logistical support for the planning of overseas trips – booking bilateral meetings, arranging travel/accommodation and coordinating schedules.

  • Identify opportunities to position the Chair in external fora and processes.

  • Drive effective internal communications on the Chair’s activities with the ICC headquarters team.

  • Manage incoming correspondence from the ICC network and external stakeholders, coordinating with the Office of the Secretary General and other HQ departments as appropriate.

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, ideally in a public-policy related role – together with a degree in a related field.

国际商会TradeComm全球项目协调员/顾问


岗位职责:

  • Design, implement and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures to ensure key project  deadlines and milestones are met both at global and local level.

  • Provide tailored guidance to project partners in markets where ICC TradeComm is live or set to be deployed, and      ensure proper coordination and supervision of local project partners.

  • Identify issues or challenges associated with the deployment and growth of ICC TradeComm and escalate to the ICC TradeComm leadership team whenever necessary.

  • Prepare presentation materials for stakeholder meetings, and document/follow-up on important actions and   decisions from these meetings.

  • Provide status reports and project updates to the ICC TradeComm team on a regular basis and conduct post-project evaluation for continuous improvement.

  • Use data-driven methodologies to review and analyse all aspects of the ICC TradeComm initiative to optimise the product, processes and go-to-market strategy.

  • Develop and execute tailored marketing plans in close coordination with the ICC TradeComm team and other relevant stakeholders at ICC and within the ICC network.

  • Produce high-quality content and  communication strategies that engage key stakeholders and build the ICC  TradeComm brand recognition.

  • Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders to build and strengthen relationships and secure long-term partnerships.


岗位要求:

  • Self-starter with outstanding organizational, stakeholder management and communications skills, coupled with a solid understanding of the role of Chambers to support SME ecosystems ;

  • At least 5 years of experience in the financial industry, with a preference for experience in international or regional development banks ;

  • Preferably has experience in a business membership organization or a similar context ;

  • Preferably has industry leading project management certifications –PRINCE2, PMP, Professional Scrum Master or similar ;

  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of marketing and communications campaigns ;

  • Build and progressively develop a strong network of ICC contacts in the European Parliament, Commission and member state delegations.

  • Gather and disseminate intelligence on  key policy/political developments within ICC’s institutional remit.

非洲区域协调员(国际商会-非洲经济委员会企业家中心)

岗位职责:

  • The ICC/ECA Centre of Entrepreneurship is currently recruiting a Regional Coordinator for the CoE hubs in Africa (consultancy contract) to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

  • The CoE Regional Coordinator for Africa will be based in Addis Ababa and will be primarily responsible for:

  • Implement the work of the ICC/ECA Centres of Entrepreneurship across Africa, supporting the ECA and ICC leadership, as well as the regional and national hubs established in the continent om  enabling programs to support SMEs, entrepreneurs, the youth and women-led      business in Africa.

  • Overview the design, creation and implementation of entrepreneurship programs in Africa led by the Centre,      including trainings and capacity-building programs focusing on youth,      scaling-up start-ups, social-impact entrepreneurship, digitisation of SMEs, access to finance for entrepreneurs, and other related areas.

  • Assist the CoE Hubs in Africa creation/implementation of regional entrepreneurship programs, ensuring a regional narrative aligned with ECA and ICC existing programs in the      region.

  • Ensure the mapping and inclusion of existing ECA and ICC programs in the offering of the ICC/ECA Centre of Entrepreneurship

  • Support the launch strategy of new entrepreneurship programs to be deployed in future regional and national      hubs.

  • Lead the external and internal communications strategy for the implementation of the CoE programs in Africa, interlinking/connecting the hubs and partners.

  • Lead the approach with external partner – including other multilateral institutions, NGOs, corporates and foundations – with the objective of identifying partnerships to enable entrepreneurship programs across the CoE network.

  • Develop a unified comms strategy for the ICC/ECA Centres of Entrepreneurship, in coordination with the heads of the hubs in the region.

  • Develop a unified platform as a “one-stop-shop” of all CoE programs for Africa.

  • Develop a data expansion strategy for the ICC/ECA Centres of Entrepreneurship, in coordination with the heads of the hubs in the region.

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in program management, particularly related to entrepreneurship programs

  • Knowledge of program management principles and demonstrated ability to develop, implement and manage      projects

副主管(全球贸易便利化联盟)


岗位职责:

  • The Deputy Director is responsible for leading ICC’s work within the Alliance. This is a senior position requiring an ability to develop strong relationships with multiple external stakeholders and partners and operate within the framework of a multi-organization partnership with different cultures and management structures.

  • You will be based in Paris and will report to ICC’s Global Policy Director. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the Alliance Director based in Geneva at the Forum and will contribute to ensuring overall successful delivery of the Alliance, in coordination with donors, co-host organizations (the Forum and CIPE), implementing partners, businesses and beneficiary country governments.


The Deputy Director will:

  • Represent ICC on the Alliance Management Team and ensure the coordination of ICC-led activities within the wider Alliance teams

  • When requested, represent ICC at Alliance steering group meetings

  • Develop and oversee the execution of a strategic vision and workplan for ICC’s areas of responsibility within the Alliance, namely:

  • Strategic communications that supports and advances the Alliance’s overall purpose, vision, and mission. You will      oversee all Alliance external communications, with the aim of bringing      Alliance projects to life, demonstrating the Alliance’s impact and      engaging its partners in its work.

  • Engagement of businesses of all sizes and their representative bodies to leverage in-kind and/or financial      contributions

  • Development and implementation of business-led projects that further implementation of the TFA in developing      countries

  • Manage the ICC-based Alliance team dedicated to its core areas of responsibility. This includes managing team performance and staff development, providing feedback, and managing      recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.

  • Develop, sustain, and deepen collaboration with businesses, chambers of commerce, private sector associations, and organizations such as United Nations entities

  • Leverage synergies between the Alliance and ICC to further advance the work of the Alliance

  • Oversee the hiring and delivery of all external service providers hired to support ICC-led Alliance activities in      accordance with ICC and Alliance procurement rules

  • Oversee and ensure the timely      collection and submission of ICC’s inputs into reporting required for government funds, including monthly and quarterly reports

  • Establish and manage the annual budget covering ICC personnel and activities within the Alliance in consultation      with ICC’s finance department and the Alliance Director

  • Prepare monthly invoices to the Forum for all eligible costs incurred by ICC in relation to the Alliance with the support and under the direction of ICC’s finance department

  • Represent the Alliance at key international organizations, including the World Trade Organization and World Customs Organization, to ensure coordination of TFA-related activities and leverage possible project synergies.

  • Support the delivery of in-country projects by Alliance implementing partners, including through business      engagement and strategic communications support.


岗位要求:

  • Minimum 10 years international trade experience in private sector and preferably also in government

  • Knowledge of trade, logistics, customs processes

  • Demonstrated experience in multi-stakeholder management engaging private sector and government in reforms in developing economies

  • Experience managing government funded projects, including monitoring and reporting activities in relation to donor funding.

  • Demonstrated experience in communicating with diverse audiences, including donors and private sector, and ideally experience in strategic external communications, including managing websites and social media platforms

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and network-building skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure with a ‘can-do’ problem-solving attitude

  • Strong team management skills

  • Fluent English: proficiency in other languages would be an asset (ideally French and/or Spanish).
